Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase
- You have not attempted more than 2 practice exams
- No teacher evaluations have been provided for your submissions
3.2 Partial Refund (Pro-rated)
You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if:
- You request cancellation within 30 days of purchase
- You have used less than 20% of your monthly exam quota
- Refund amount = Remaining months x Monthly rate x 80%
3.3 No Refund
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Request made after 30 days of purchase
- More than 20% of monthly exam quota has been used
- Account has been suspended due to policy violations
- Monthly subscription plans (cancel before next billing date instead)
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Going to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
- Emailing us at support@mathvidya.com with your registered email
- Calling our support line at +91 979 136 8540
4.2 Cancellation Effects
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- Your exam history and performance data will be preserved
- Auto-renewal will be stopped for future periods
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
- Email refund@mathvidya.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order ID
- Provide reason for refund request
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
5.2 Refund Timeline
- Review: 3-5 business days
- Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Credit: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Original card used for purchase
- UPI: Original UPI ID
- Net Banking: Original bank account
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using our services:
- First contact our support team for resolution
- If issues cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Service credits may be offered as an alternative
6.2 Service Discontinuation
If MathVidya discontinues its services:
- All active subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund
- Advance notice of at least 30 days will be provided
- Data export options will be made available
7. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period:
- No payment is required during the trial period
- Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges
- If not cancelled, subscription will auto-convert to paid plan
- Trial terms are specified at the time of sign-up
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Email disputes@mathvidya.com with your case details
- Include any supporting documentation
- Our management team will review within 5 business days
- Final decision will be communicated in writing
